The official SamTrans Mobile ticketing apk lets you use your smartphone to pay your fare and plan trips using SamTrans and another Bay Place public transit systems. Just download the gratis apk, register your debit/credit card in our safe system, and we’ll receive you where you need to go. Real time bus tracking will come in the October update! Debit or credit (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Explore) cards are accepted. Can customers use a commuter debit card? Yes, provided you have funds in your acc. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Don’t uninstall the SamTrans Mobile apk or erase your smartphone while you have active tickets on it. This will cause you to lose your tickets. Your tickets are stored on your smartphone (which makes it possible to use them without a cellular network or a wireless Internet connection). Before uninstalling the apk or resetting your smartphone move tickets to the cloud (See Frequently Asked Questions for info).
