  dave nihiser: Worked for a couple days... Added the apk when we arrived at Sandals Barbados. It worked for a couple days. The smartphone side of the apk never did work. Not much additional info on the apk than you already receive in paper form. I do want the everyday schedule would be accessible.

  Apk doesn't work. Map is not working properly shows globe map, can't look at restaurant menus, generaly useless on website or off website, worked when first downloaded, then nothing. Other disappointment from Sandals brand.

  Rick McClenthen: I installed this apk cuz I tead there was a discount for excursions by using the apk. However i couldn't register/log into the apk at first because my room # did not match my name. Error notice said to contact front desk for assistance. Resort staff contacted the I.T. department and the day has gone by with no assist. Installed apk on other smartphone and now receive "An error has occurred: Value can not be null. Parameter Name :s" Can not even access the "Loop..Tell us how we are doing" feature without being able to register. Didn't wish to chase down help when I could be enjoying the resort. Even after a few attempts to have the problem resolved over a 3-4 day period the problem was NOT addressed and the error persists. This is soooo NOT like Sandals to ignore guest problems. I can only assume that Sandals contracts out their I.T. department, therefore not having full control on the Apk and the help process. Most resort guests only stay 7-10 days. If help is not accessible for guests already on-site, and the apk is not accessible for use after trying to receive help for 3-4 days, then this apk could not be promoted as an on-property tool...PERIOD. Especially, don't promote discounts through the apk if it is not stable as I experienced and as others posted here. FINAL THOUGHT: I feel that Sandals developed this apk just to be able to say they "We Have An Apk", with no thought about the disappointment experienced by guests not being able to access many...if not all...features if a guest can not register making it a "pain point" instead of using technology to enhance the resort he experience.

  Mo E: Useless at the Sandals Halcyon. You need to register to use the apk, but every attempt to register results in an error code. The Halcyon front desk has been telling me for 4 days that "Niles" the resort IT guy is working on it. No method that is real! Disappointed in Sandals for such an inferior product.
