  C HO: Limited compatibility - Downloaded onto 2 devices and neither would function correctly. One due to android device ver being incompatible. One due to device not having 5ghz ability. Scenic tip was to remove and reinstall but due to limited compatibility in development our devices were never going to connect. Wasted hours/days!! Receive a loan device immediately boarding tour and hope that works as 50% of the ones we tried didn't either. A rushed deployment not field inspected on ships. Good potential

  John Krakowski: This apk is very buggy, locks up when used away from wireless connection and has to reload the topic town every time you turn it on. Scenic would be better off going back to their own handheld devices.

  Carla Taylor: Very buggy with Android device. Each time I've tried to use it has been a struggle - it's like it can't disconnect from a guide's device to reconnect to a fresh one, requiring a totally uninstall and reinstall of apk, then full reboot of smartphone. Even then connection seems to be hit and miss. Also a very clumsy design with no personalisation for the passenger using it, which is really expected as a minimum function in 2019...

  Gord Alder: Tearable apk. Info on everyday excursions does not scroll correctly. So necessary smartphone numbers cannot be read. If you have a newer smartphone you need a dongle to use your head phones, and so you cannot use an external battery at the same time. The wireless connection connection in my room is awful the apk will not modernize the everyday tool, so info about the days activities are not accessible.
