About the application:

SchoolWize Everyday Check-In Apk makes it easy for school districts to let parents/guardians to complete everyday check-in screenings from the comfort of their home before sending their students to school. While also providing a method for school staff to complete everyday check-in screenings on themselves before they are allowed to use the apk to check-in students before they enter school. GUARDIANS CAN: • Check-in their students each day before dropping students off or student gets on the bus. Guardians can log in using the email or cell smartphone number. Once logged in they can see all the students who are registered to their guardian account. BUS DRIVERS AND ALL SCHOOL STAFF CAN CHECK-IN A STUDENT BY USING THE BARCODE SCANNER TO: • Can verify a student is already checked in by their guardian. • If the student is not checked in the bus driver can perform a check-in screening and enter the results in the apk. The apk will tell the bus driver if the student is cleared to attend school. SCHOOL STAFF CHECKING THEMSELVES IN: • Staff will be needed to check themselves in each day before they can Check-In any students. • Staff who have students in the school will be able to check themselves and see their kids in from their dashboard. STUDENT SELF CHECK-IN: • Schools can choose if they wish students from a specific building (High School) to be able to Self Check-In. OFFLINE MODE: The apk has a built-in Offline Mode that allows staff to submit check-ins when offline. For example, when a bus driver is picking up a student in an place where there is no signal, they can still perform student Check-Ins like normal and the apk will automatically send the Check-In results to the server when the apk gets enough signal to go into online mode.
