  Haley Tucker: I was Soooo satisfied when I saw they finally had a rewards tool. You have to use a gift card to receive the rewards. I was excited because I already had one. I've purchased 3 drinks with my gift card since downloading this apk and didn't receive any of my rewards... 😕 I tell people all the time about how awesome Scooter's coffee is, I just want I had more to rave about. Like an good rewards tool.. Tip tip.

  Erika Cousland: Just a tiny disappointed... Honestly, as long as this apk took to came out from when I discovered it was being developed, I figured the thing would run smoother. I think that the layout is beautiful tacky, unfortunately, it's design is awful and doesn't flow. And there seems to be tiny interaction, another than adding cash into it. I look forward to what's to come, but don't wait too long.

  RJ Phillips: Good idea, awful execution. For months there has not been any reward for loyal customers (when the another could have stayed active until the apk was launched) I was told the only method I receive rewards is to add my card to the apk. So after I asked how to use the apk I wasn't offered to add card prior to paying so no reward. My card has $32 on it and the apk won't except or recognize it and after I reach out and send an email I receive no response now it's spend 60 receive a gratis medium drink instead buy 25 receive 5... Awful, please fix asap.

  Heidi Reinke: The apk itself is awesome, but the rewards tool sucks. It'll be a long time before I'm able to earn a reward. Also there have hardly any offers. Even a dollar off makes me so much more likely to stop. Edit** offers are getting better! :)

  Apk doesnt allow you load your balance most of the time, i also got an email saying to use the apk to receive my $1 off pumpkin drink and nothing at all will load. Love it when it works.

  Rachael Bogacz: I have just downloaded the apk a few days ago and it will not allow me login. It says, "Login failed" and then says password can not be authenticated. Then I test to restart password and the apk will not send an instructions email. I have emailed the company to see if there is a method to fix it. I was hoping to receive bogo on valentines day but seems it will not be event.

  Kristin Contor: The rewards tool is beautiful awful. You have to spend $5 to receive 1 "smile" and you need 12 "smiles" to receive your gratis drink. There isn't a method to receive credit for drinks purchased outside the apk either. I have also experienced getting an email for an upcoming offer in the apk, only to search out it didn't appear. :(

  loni williams: Here's my problem, why have an apk if I have to still have the physical card to reload with money at the scooters? Some scooters employees seem to be able to reload the apk with money most don't. Stupid apk if I must hold my gift card. Please don't tell me I can reload with a credit card, I don't wish to do that.

  Sheryl moomaw: Lately I have had problems using the apk unless I shut off Wi-Fi before entering the place I use. Even then, I struggle to receive the apk opened. It kicks me out and then I have problem getting back in. If I use the giftcard I don't receive credit torward my reward. Not sure if something changed on their end or mine but, it's frustrating.

  Sab s: I want it would not log me out all the time!!! So there goes a few smilies that I should've had! It takes forever for it to load that I can't load my apk quick enough to pay. Then sometimes I have to modernize my password cause I forget it.

  Lindsay McPeak: I was so excited when Scooters finally had a rewards tool but it is not awesome at all! First, you have to spend so much to receive anything in return and then when I was going to use it yesterday, the apk wouldn't begin so even paying with the giftcard that is linked, I didn't receive any points since I couldn't pay with the actual apk. You guys can do better than this!
