Well i found it, i have no internet in my house just infinite data from Tmobile, and with this device i am able to mirror all my screen onto my television without wireless connection. Im running it with wireless connection direct, and at the same time im using my 4glte data. This is Good!

  A Google User: Here is the trick I'm using a galaxy note 3 running lollipop and the screen bean mini 2. You have to use your screen mirroring to connect with the mini 2 and your tv before starting this apk. otherwise it will never download completely the modernize or install it. Once I did that everything worked perfectly and my firmware was updated. the mini 2 is a good device and works very well with my note 3 running lollipop. I seem to have corrected most of the lag issues by changing to Yandex launcher from TouchWiz

  A Google User: No complaints, Works good! I think the trouble is people don't have a clear understanding of what the application is / does. The apk is only to configure the device settings, you don't actually use the apk to mirror your screen, just click smart view , choose your device (receiver name, something like sbwd and a bunch of numbers) and connect. Not trying to state the obvious but you need to do a scan for your device (yourscreenbeem) in order to connect be able to connect and configure it. I can't speak for another people's experiences but this this has been a well worth investment, No WiFi required and the picture and sound is good. I've owned my screen beam mini 2 for about 3 months now and I only downloaded the apk about a week ago, my point, it's not a must but a plus. Hope this helps.

  A Google User: Works as described Using Note 4 running Android device 4.4.4. Apk works ok, but is a bit fussy wrt the TV. It is very slow. You must have the TV chosen to the correct HDMI channel or it won't modernize. Smartphone display is slightly cropped. Not sure how to adjust that.

  The Master: Had to do make batter 3 times before it would upload. Screen beam is the best method to cast have tried using a Android device TV and this works much better. Note you don't use the cast tab on your video you cast your screen Samsung called it smart view

Good Apk, ScreenBeam Mini2 is one of the nicest purchases I've ever created. Works with Samsung S7s right out of the box, and older Samsungs too... Good Product - saves cash, no need to buy a 'smart television' - your smartphone is smart enough ! :-)

  A Google User: So glad I found this! This is for updating your actiontec device. It doesn't turn on screen mirroring. You need other apk for that if not built in. I've used the actiontec ScreenBeam device with the Samsung Galaxy nexus, S3, S4, S5, note2, note3, and note4. I've bought 8 of them to share. Never had any problems. This apk is good because it provides updates to the devices firmware on a regular basis that have consistently improved every time! Modernize: one of the latest device updates allows bluetooth headphones to work! Thanks!

  A Google User: Unbelievable! I'll admit, I bought the ScreenBeam Pro without doing a lot of research.. So, I was a bit angry at myself when my HTC M10 wouldn't connect to it. The M10 connected to my Netgear PTV3000 (w/ chronic quality problems) successfully, so I inspected my Galaxy Note 7. My Note 7 had no problems connecting to the ScreenBeam. Before "inevitably" returning the ScreenBeam, I decided to do a fast Google find and found this apk! Worked better than I'd hoped (^_-)

  Patrick Cancilla: 4 of 5 because the instructions are simply horrible. For newer Androids - Plug it in the Wall, Plug the another end into your TV'S HDMI.. Switch you TV input to HDMI 1 or 2 / Enable "Smart View" on your smartphone and boom, have fun.

  A Google User: Awesome apk for a good device No wireless connection important for the screenbeam mini 2...just running on my 4GLTE signal of my smartphone (although I had to turn the wireless connection switch on in the settings on my Motorola turbo from Verizon for it to pair/connect even tho I don't have to actually connect to a WiFi signal). This apk allow me modernize the firmware easily and quickly :-) all I did after was exit this apk and went turned on the "cast screen" setting.
