About the application:

An Official U.S. Navy mobile application, produced by the Navy PMW 240 Program. The Navy’s Seabees Rate Training Manuals (RTM) mobile application gives Sailors in seven occupational fields a convenient method to complete needed primary and advanced training – anytime, anywhere. The Seabees RTM apk features tutorials for Builder, Construction Electrician, Construction Mechanic, Engineering Aide, Equipment Operation, Steelworker and Utilitiesman ratings. The tutorials can be viewed offline in a PDF format. Each chapter in the RTM has review questions that assess learning. A score of 80% or higher is required to pass each chapter, as well as the entire course. Course completions are sent to Navy Training Management and Planning System as either pass or fail.
