Mike Kuhnly: The cost went up and customer service took a noise dive. The latest few times I called in I was placed on keep for an hour or more, the latest time I was on keep for over an hour and then got disconnected. I sent them a follow up email to customer service to receive a response and it has been close to a week with no response.

Connor King: the apk is needlessly slow, log you out randomly, and cant even transmit your login to either the go badge or the hospital badge printer additionally, it only lets you check in when you are 100 yards from the facility, which largely negates the point of checking in remotely anyways hilariously enough they added a referral tool for some reason, as if any of us had a choice in using this i wouldnt refer this apk to an opponent, not matter how much they offer

Jesse Thomas: 3/24/21 fresh day same problems. I clicked on facilities and the spinning loading wheel went so long that my screen timed out Absolutely the worst credential apk in existence!!!!!! This makers of this apk either doesn't care or they're just not any awesome. How long has it been that this apk has been this slow? It has been extremely slow for years and they still haven't figured it out. Everything you do on this apk causes it the loading wheel to spin for what feels like an eternity.

A Google user: used this apk for work for the past couple of years with no true problems .. the latest couple months, when i go to begin the apk, the logo page pops up then it's completely blank. just a white page. very frustrating as i can't check my credentials, sign in, or modernize important stuff. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the apk to no avail. people need to use this apk every day for work--- fix the bugs already!!

Tanya: I've had the apk for a few years and it used to be good. Now it gets worse every few months. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it because I went into it to check my credentials and policies and it's completely blank (total white place) when I begin it. What happened to it? I don't suggest it to anyone anymore. Modernize: the apk was working for a long while and I was able to check in on my ebadge. It will not begin anymore. It's just blank! I need this to work, and soon! Nothing will assist!

Candace Burkhart: I've been using the apk for over 4 years and everything WAS good. I should approve loads of policies that never applied to me and add fresh facilities on the go. Now, it's a more than useless white screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled, force stop, Reboot do not fix. If you are looking for an apk that is just a white screen, I would give 5 stars lol. Please fix your apk!

A Google user: Trash. Absolutely hate this, but hospitals require it so what are you to do? I hold sending in documents that create their requirements for credentialing but hold getting rejected time and time once more, having to go back to HR to ask for other fresh document to submit thereby drawing out what could be a easy process. Infuriating.
