  Arlette Rowe: All my another apks have transferred over ok. Why not this one? Just have blank screen. Can't do vital work I required to receive done today. Assist button uses language I don't understand, asks me to search things I don't know the meaning of as I'm not techy. If I was the wrong person trying to receive into my pc I would rate 5 stars. I'm the right person who can't into their own pc to do their normal job, no accessible IT at work as it's Saturday so nobody to call! Keeps saying go to your company's secenerol URL!! How?!

  Jane Marsh: Every day it takes me at least three attempts to log on. It always tells me to check my internet connection, which I know is ok as it's the same connection as my PC which has already fired up the internet correctly. If I hit the home button it takes me back to the code screen and I can still enter the code but often it takes a few attempts with various codes to actually log on to my work cloud. Very frustrating. I have no choice but to use this apk because this is the apk I am directed to use by my employer.
