I've tried to connect with my loved one 4 times before I finally found out about the apk on my S6. Every time I scheduled a visit it would not connect with my computer. Finally after talking to the right technical help Squad member, he finally told me about this fresh apk. I am so glad that I was able to talk to him and search out about this apk because it connected with no issues!! PLEASE UPDATE & ADD VISITATION TIMER!

But I have learned you really need to use headphones with a mic piece otherwise the voice is very distorted... I went and bought a headpiece set and now it works good !!

  KG KG: Good to hold in contact. I've done 9 to 11 video calls I've lost track never any issues on connections or being able to see or hear or her to be able to see or hear. I run all over the house with my camera showing our daughter her kids playing. On the also on the smartphone I have not had any problems with that either and I have been using that system for 3 years now 1 policy I don't like. Family could not have to stay on the line for 30 mins to see if their loved one shows up and connects. Due to we receive charged the full amount even if they're only on for 2 mins. We could not have to be on there more than 5 mins past their connection time so we're not charged the full amount because our loved ones receive caught up in the social butterfly in the jail and they miss their call and then they run to their video symposium and receive on the latest 2-3 MINS and then we would be charged. Would love to see an automatic credit when the loved one doesn't present up instead of having to call in each time. Otherwise it's a good good apk!!!!!
