But this year the apk sent me a reminder on Friday afternoon to set up a manual reminder. So I place a note under the challa cover! The only downside is a private one, and that is as the apk does the remembering there is less כוונה required for the מצוה. At some point during the counting the icon changed to a growing block showing the coming day's count. Did anyone else have that?
