  ashley butler: modernize: customer service was AMAZING. contacted me quickly and worked quick to assist me troubleshoot! all seems to be working as it could now! doesnt work at all. the app.wont even sync recognize my sensor. but the sensor does create noise and do the minimal it can without the apk. totally annoyed this is the whole reason I got this seat!

  A Google user: The unbuckle sensor does not work like it's supposed to. As soon as I turn my truck off it says the clip is unbuckled. 9/10 it doesn't work. The one time it did, I did receive an alert. While I don't rely on this feature, it would give me some additional peace of mind if my kid were with someone else. Yes, I am that mother who worries about anyone who is not me 🤷‍♀️ The tethers are also really hard to tighten. The temp feature seems to work. Everything else seems very nice. My 18mo old likes it.

  David R.: It is very hard to receive this to connect to Bluetooth. Most of the time it just says cannot connect although a tiny pop up Says it is connected. It is so inconsistent the apk is actually entirely worthless. Going to the Bluetooth settings and trying to parrot gets flat out rejected

  Lynnae Cheung: Always receive an unable to connect error, but it will still alert on temperature. Actual apk interface does not load though. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it will only work for the first trip.

  Michael Bishara: since updating smartphone apk, it keeps telling me there's also a firmware modernize for the obd vehicle device, however when you click to modernize it says "something went wrong please reset the obd and test once more".. but no idea how to do that. unplugging it and plugging it back doesn't reset anything.

  Tal Halabi: A really awful apk. Gives wrong alerts and sometimes does not give alerts at all. We bought the Sirona M baby chair because of the apk and feature. Can't be any more disappointed. Terrible programming. Dangerously Unreliable !

  Mary Cinar: I have the same problem with the firmware modernize for the obd vehicle device and once I click on it says something went wrong. I have yet to figure out how exactly the apk since I cant receive the error notice to go away. This makes a good feature completely useless!

  Jordana B: When the vehicle is stopped at a red light the sensor will notify you every time saying you're out of the car when you're not. There aren't a lot of options but hopefully it won't give these notifications for the vehicle stopping forever. The temp and chest clip are accurate. Taking kid security to a whole fresh level. UPDATE: It works magically. Everything is accurate and it doesn't sound every time you stop. I just want I should stop the chime when I shut the vehicle off and my daughter is sleeping. The only method to do that is to unplug it. Another than that I love it. Good buy.

  Kyle Bechtel: My vehicle is parked in the driveway, and the apk keeps connecting to it, leaving an undismissable notification. The vehicle is parked, and not turned on, so why is the dongle powered and connecting to my smartphone? very annoying, it needs to recognize the vehicle is off and disable itself.

  Sijo Francis: Inconsistent and difficult to justify the expense of the seat with sensorsafe. It appeared to work first time after trying a few times for it to connect. It then stopped connecting to seat and obd sensor. After mutliple attempts of uninstalling apk, removing sensor from vehicle etc.... it worked a couple of time. then once more fails to connect. Tried once more to uninstall and reset. No awesome. This is so unreliable its not worth buying over a seat without.
