  Michelle O'Brien: Horrible I would give it 0 stars. The apk causes my smartphone to constantly freeze. Apples apk shop doesn't let reviews to be submitted so I am reviewing through an old android device. I got through everything on the apk clicked submit when an error appeared saying it should not process my request at that time check my wireless connection and cellular data connection. Both were powerful I closes out of the apk and continued once more switching between wireless connection and data after failed submissions. I turned my smartphone off and back on once more and entered the apk, still nothing. I contacted help services where they only blamed MY wireless connection and MY data (which works well with all another apks and internet). No one should say it was THEIR apk causing the problem. Personnel had no idea what permissions the apk requests stating it needs access to my contacts to communicate with them. Which the apk did not ask permission for and acess to contacts is to link you to some of your contacts in an apk. The apk does not have the option to save images to your phones gallery (which personnel said it did). I had to go back and retake pictures in negative temperatures to save to my smartphone gallery. Help told me for "my convenience" to email my images to them. I had to email 3 various people the same pictures (only 4 per email) over a 2 day span. Only after doing that was I told I had to go to my computer to download the images from my smartphone to a jpeg format. I have 7 various email chains of 5 emails consisting of 4 pics per email. Poorly developed apk, awful communication by help, help was not helpful, received horrible service from help, awful knowledge of their own apk, the apk created the claim process much more difficult than required and drawn out. It was neither simple nor conveinent.
