  Kate Griffin: Apk is excellent! Ive been using it for years without a single glitch. Love it! I only want SCU would offer the purchase round up for savings function with their debit cards. I've been a member for years and have recommended this a lot of, a lot of times. I may end up switching banks simply for that one feature. I'd hate to go, but easy savings is necessary to me.

Daily this bank add more useful features to this apk. Is all that you need from your mobile banking. Also very safe, I never had any safety problems and I feel very comfortable using this banking apk. Always. I have been a member for years, I will hold it that method. All my financial needs are covered with this credit union, I love it.

  Michael Corey: Love it. I use this apk probably 3 to 5 times a week. I receive expense checks at work sometimes and I can deposit them directly into my acc using this apk and my phones camera. Electronic bill pay allows me to pay all my bills, even my mortgage, using this apk. I haven't had to write a check in years. There are a ton of another features I haven't even mentioned, you can manage almost every aspect of your bank accounts. It is an extremely useful, well built apk that is a must on my smartphone!

  Josh: What more should I ask for on-the-fly mobile banking and I can take two pictures and my paycheck is deposited in less then a min, sometimes it's a tiny finicky but usually that's because you're not staying still. Honestly I haven't been to the bank in almost a year because I can just take a picture and in 10 seconds cash is in my acc, doesn't work to well with hand written checks, but I rarely receive them. Cash transfers are simple and it does everything I expect and quickly.

  Shane Fowler: The apk works well. I use this apk to manage my Service Credit Union accounts to check balances and transfer cash quick. Depositing checks quickly and easily by taking a picture. I love that if I have cash in my savings acc I end up yielding a better percentage rate on my savings balance than any another bank ever been to. Also I set the acc up so that I wouldn't receive any overdraft fees in case I messed up and tried to charge my debit card when I didn't have the balance to cover it.

The only thing I would wish changed is the amount of transfers you receive during the month,6 really isnt enough,and since there isnt always banks close by,if I need cash to go somewhere and need to transfer if I have run out then I would be stuck without cash

I love the ability to deposit checks, make and see how my cash is budgeted every month. And how simple it is to begin fresh accounts to assist with savings for future plans and the unexpected. I haven't used all the programs on the apk, but I love my banking family.

Always got the short end of the deal, got f-ed over for months on end due to reopening my acc without my permission, and/or someone always got my info within a week of opening my acc and I never knew how and would not be reimbursed. But with SCU I have not had that happen and got reassurance on my accounts security! This is the only bank I suggest and the transfer option makes life 10 times easier! Thank you SCU!!   A Google user: Really have had no issues with this apk, makes banking on-the-go simple. You can deposit checks via images and have them cleared that very business day, or the next. Almost never crashes, can use my phones finger print safety to receive in quickly. No data breaches yet as far as I know.

Customer service if you need assist even if you go in to the bank or call them on their customer service line they are always very helpful and I have never had a awful experience with them!   A Google user: The first ver of this application was beautiful awesome. Occasionally it's incredibly frustrating and an absolute piece of garbage. In a lot of methods it has improved over the latest a few years alot. It's still not excellent but it seems to be getting better and more forgiving. The best thing about the application is the fact that you don't have to go into a branch and drive out of the method.

  A Google user: December 2021: So, I just received my fresh debit card and it is a freaking joke. First, the debit card looks like a gift card, secondly the card number and date is in the back, thirdly, the card is horrible. Not sure what was the point of placing numbers on the back, but if someone gets the card they will just have to flip the fresh "gift card", receive the card number, expiration date and three digit safety card. You can do better SCU!! Love the SCU apk can't go wrong with this apk at all.

  Darlene “Dee”: Good bank. Unbelievable people at the Derry NH branch. They are all so helpful, type and most of all patient. The hours use to be good but since the change after COVID it's beautiful much the typical hours. Now closed on Sundays. That's OK. It's simple enough to search an ATM just go to any nearby Walmart and they usually have a SERVICE CREDIT UNION at least all Wal-Marts I've been in. So yes I would highly suggest to anybody. I almost forgot to mention. They offer a few various accounts.
