  denis kilimnik: Truly Awful!! The tool is terrible! If you need to use it out in the field, be prepared for your device to freeze up at any moment, it drains your battery from 100% down to zero in about 4 or 5 hours. There are constant updates that makes everything slower and slower every time. And as an added premium you have to delete and scrub all your data and reinstall every time. Today was the latest straw! I need to go out on service calls and I cannot even begin the apk to go to my jobs. Don't Use this!!

  Peter Case: Would just like to modernize on my 1 stat rating I have had service works now for almost 2 years, and about every another weekend none of my tecs can use the apk cuz of the updates. It will say fresh ver of the apk needs updated. It takes you to the modernize on apk shop and it dosnt say modernize. It just says begin. We have to sometimes shut down and loose alot of cash because of this problem. I am looking else where after all this time its getting to caustly.
