  Thomas Pringle: I highly suggest this apk for your ServiceNow Instance. But this is under one large condition. Your developers/administrators to ServiceNow have to create the apk worthwhile. They have to work on the layouts. They have to create sure there are business guidelines and UI Actions show that create the experience good for the players. Yes, if you just download the apk and expect it to be good, might not reach your expectations. I work inside of my organization and I made a nice layout for Mobile Players. Made views that would pertain to them while they are on the go. I highly suggest this apk under those circumstances. Hold in mind there is a plugin that I had to install for my instance to create it available for my company because we use SAML connections to log into ServiceNow. Its the Multi-Provider SSO, so you might need that on your instance to receive it working. Nonetheless, I highly suggest this apk to all players and organizations.

  Peter Raeves: I can login as expected and see the same overview as I would receive on the mobile website. I do have a little remark though. We have an Express customer that has SSO installed, but as I am a ServiceNow partner and not an internal admin, I cannot login to their regular SSO. On the desktop ver, I should navigate to login.do and login through the local login, but this does not seem possible on the apk. Therefore, for that customer, I should not verify the customisations.

  Vytautas Šetkus: It's usable, but not very helpful. While on the desktop, I can set up custom filters in "My Work", the only tickets visible in the apk are the ones that are already assigned to me. Furthermore, the apk would be very useful once you receive where the trouble is and you need a reminder of what is wrong or some info. Sadly the apk does not display the detailed description of the ticket, only the short description. It seems that the only uses for this apk are in situations where you will always have access to the web form and not so useful while out of reach of something that can begin the desktop site.
