"Seven Castles" is a real-time, multiplayer board mini game in which you build castles, streets or cloisters by placing tiles on the board. You receive points every time you complete a castle, street or cloister which you have occupied by placing your follower on it. You can log in using your Gmail address or your Fb account. With Gmail login the player name part of your Gmail address will be displayed in the game. With Fb login your Fb name will be displayed. After successful login you will search yourself in the Lobby place. Here you see a list of players currently online - the Lobby list- and a list of the ongoing mini games - the Mini games list. You can invite another people to play or you can join an existing unlocked game. If you are fresh to the mini game I suggest playing a Demo mini game first. Disclaimer: As this is a real-time mini game you need a decent mobile internet connection to play the mini game without problems. Bandwidth is not necessary but reliability is - network dropouts can break your mini game especially when it's your turn. Classic mini games - these are based on the Carcassonne board mini game - Mini mini game: 35 tiles, 5 meeples - Base mini game: 72 tiles, 7 meeples - Expansion1 - Inns and cathedrals: 90 tiles, 7 meeples, 1 giant - Double base mini game: 144 tile, 10 meeples, - Double Expansion1: 180 tiles, 10 meeples, 2 giants - Expansion2 - Traders and builders: 96 tiles, 7 meeples, 1 builder, 1 pig Castle mini games - in these you can build castle walls - Castles Mini - 37 tiles, 5 meeples - Castles - 70 tiles, 7 meeples - CastlesPlus - 100 tiles, 9 meeples - Double Castles - 140 tiles, 10 meeples You can buy credits in Google Play to play bigger mini games - 10 credits cost about $1. Credits are only deduced for completed mini games. If the owner of the mini game - the one who pays for it - leaves before the end f the mini game no credits are lost. How to play Place your tile so that it matches the existing ones. You can rotate with the rotate button on the right side. The tile will only rotate into awesome positions. Put one of your users (the tiny avatars at the top) on the tile by clicking on a red circle. This method you can occupy a castle, street, cloister or field (an entity). Click 'Submit' - the tool will warn you if the tile doesn't match or if the entity was already occupied. When you complete an occupied entity you receive points for it and your player(s) are returned. Scores The tool automatically calculates the scores for you - so the guidelines are listed here just for information. During the mini game you receive points when you complete a castle, street or cloister occupied by you. For fields you only receive points at the end of the game. If more than one user is show in a castles or street, the one that outnumbers the others will receive all the points. If they have the same number of users in the castle all the users receive the points. For a completed castle you receive 2 points per tile and 2 points per pennant (court of arms). For a completed street you receive 1 point per tile. For a completed cloister you receive 9 points. The cloister is completed when all its sides are connected i.e. there are no empty territories around it. End of mini game score The mini game ends when all tiles are placed. Then you receive points for uncompleted castles, streets and cloisters, but only one per tile. Also pennants are not counted then. At the end you also receive points for fields - 3 points for each completed castle that borders on your field. For an uncompleted castle you receive 1 point per tile. For an uncompleted street you receive 1 point per tile. For an uncompleted cloister you receive 1 point per neighboring tile.

Kristen Schuenemeyer: The rotate tile button doesn't work and has caused me to lose points. Yes it will sometimes auto rotate into a position when placed, but if there are another right possibilities it will not change. And even then it doesn't always self rotate

Ashley Smith: I'm a long time user in this group. Full mini games are cheap with costs between $.05-.15. Infinite gratis primary mini games. PRO:Good smart people to play versus from around the world. 2 mini games with multiple expansions. CONS: Stability has been an problem to a greater or lesser degree for years. Lots of people only play the gratis mini game which causes crashes for those that actually pay to play. A lot of times I've been 2-3 tiles away from finishing a mini game when the apk freezes cold turkey.

Shaun Dickson: I can never receive a mini game to work how I wish. I used to be able to play with my wife, now every time I test a bunch of strangers jump in. Advertisements pop up even when I'm not in the mini game, just even it's running in the background. Used to have fun it, now going to uninstall.
