  Mike Pearce: Oh thank god! I can finally report all the human feces on the road without having to call up those awful 311 operators! This is the apk that San Francisco needs, and everybody could use it to receive this town into a better state of being. My only complaint so far is that there is not a section to report on cab drivers, you will still have to call in for any section not provided.

  Gregory Dillon: Overall the apk does well what it is intended to do. Progressive enhancement realized. Apk keeps getting better. The image trouble was fixed, so I raised the star count. Awesome apk but compared to really big corporate apks, seems brittle and have a stuck in the past UI. GPS has improved, but still too often will give down the block or another side of road, and is clunky to correct.

  Don Phillips: I suppose it's exactly what you'd expect from a government apk - it does what it does reasonably well with an ugly UI. But unfortunately, there are a lot of things that it should also do that it doesn't, and it's a bummer. For example, you can't report broken parking meters through the apk. But SFMTA says to call 311 to report broken meters. So why can't I report it in the apk?

  david ebarle: What happened? This is a good program for the public to easily connect to SF Gov't to report service requests. Here is the trouble: I updated the Apk as suggested, and it erased my requests and all another requests by players. I did receive a "service change" prompt just now, but apk still shows empty.

  Bill Duane: Useful but buggy GPS often inaccurate and challenging to correct. Starting latest month requests never receive updated when updates present on another devices. Generally this apk always has three or four fairly significant bugs going on but generally functional.

  The apk could be developed continuously. Right now the address detection system is beautiful awful. There could be an option to contain submissions to contact the police for non emergency requests. Also, the begin and closed status is very inaccurate. Some of my tickets are begin, even though I know they are closed. Some are marked closed when the request has been transferred...or even when nothing has been done.

  R G: Can't change after entry Please add editing ability so we don't have to call, cancel and resubmit. Could have ability to manually add case numbers to closed cases AND to the main register because often times, the system closes out legit cases due to error and a fresh one is made, leaving the player out of the loop and often prompting entry of fresh, duplicate cases. Since the system does present the fresh case attached to the old one, so could the apk. Add bus/muni complaints as well. Very helpful otherwise.

  fredog415: Place Feature GPS very inaccurate. Hard to create a pin point place. Map feature is lacking. I have target on place and it shows an address 3 blocks away, drag target around the place with address never changing. If target feature is not going to work, at least allow us enter the address manually.

  Jonathan El-Bizri: Request still begin after 9 months. I reported dumping and rotting garbage in the south end of McClaren park nine months ago. The ticket is still begin and the trouble is a few orders of magnitude worse, with everyday dumping of rotting garbage and household stuff. I'm going to use another channels from now on.

  Dan Hranj: Application consistently "Failed to Sync" and "Register Reporter". Turns out "Registering Reporter" is just entering your info into the "Reporter" window at the bottom. Haven't figured out how to receive it to sync yet.

  Out of the 5 requests I've created with this apk. Only 1 of 5 requests had an actual response by police, the another 4 times they just closed the request saying the police came when they didn't. I report from my house and watch until they don't come but say they do and close the request. I'll just hold calling the police non-emergency number from now on, they always come when you call.

  SF Twin: Can't See Requests or Own Posting Have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (MK2 4.3 ver). After updating I cannot view any requests, including my own. Please fix. ------------------ Found a fixed. I had to remove the tool and installed it once more.
