  Jon M. Chang: I ordered meal. I arrived on time and I got the text notice. There was an error with the link in the text notice, but the man at the counter said it was cool and just confirmed by my name. I did set my pick up order for 11:45 am during the holiday week, so I'm not sure how it will work during busier times, but this was just ok for my coworker and me.

I checked the apk and it did not have my zip code and smartphone # saved. I re-enter it, however when I went out the apk and went back in, my zip and smartphone # disappeared once more. Not sure why it won't save but I hope this can be fixed

  Donny Lolong: Buggy apk. It won't allow me modernize my smartphone number on my acc! And that's the number that they text you at when you're order is ready! Never during the sign up was that ever clearly explained, not that it matters because some people change their smartphone numbers. It also won't allow you save a payment way on the apk UNTIL you put an actual order from the apk. After it's saved, no method to go into options to edit or remove it. As far as a restaurant apk goes, it fails versus tournament like Chick-Fil-A because Shake Shack's apk has no rewards tool. No deals either like McDonald's.

When I hit submit it says it timed out so I go back all the details for my order is still there, hit submit I just receive the circle of death don't know if it actually sent order and I'm not hitting submit once more and getting charged twice!! Uninstalling!

  Velasdad: Category limit of only 4 burgers is inconvenient. Can't even put a subsequent order because your UI is locked to the current order. Awful UX in my opinion. Shack shake could welcome mobile orders of volume versus. restricting them. Just inform the player you need to extend out the pick-up time.

  The apk works for me, but I HATE that it makes me choose pick up windows 30 mins out or greater. Basically you have to decide at breakfast when and what you wish for lunch and reserve it method ahead of time. The pick up windows could be the same amount of time it takes to process an order in person - about 10 minute. When I use the apk I receive no speed advantage to ordering in person. They could copy Starbucks. You can order while walking to the shop and receive the meal mins after you order.

  Semro Gemro: Love the meal, but I've only gotten the apk to work once! 😡😡😡 Tried to call in my order, but no one answers, so I had to order at the counter and wait! The apk wouldn't process my cc, but the same card worked like a champ at the shop. Had to spend quality family time sitting waiting for an order instead of just picking up on the method home. Fix it please, or begin taking orders on the smartphone

  Dana C: Mobile apk was ok but the execution was not. The staff order didn't present my full name so they called out "Mari" which sounds like "Mary" instead of Marilyn. After waiting 20+ mins since my arrival, we figured out that they were referring to me. But by then the meal was room temperature-cold. I also asked for sauce on the side for each of the sandwiches but they didn't contain any sauces in the bag. The staff got the sauces when I went back for them but it took them other 5 mins.

  Joel Moore: Nice test, people. I hit the tiny button to Opt Out of email and in-app messages. But every time I go into My Acc, it resets those answers so that I opt In. So if you don't scroll to the bottom every time and recheck those boxes, it sends you stupid messages.
