Shobar Dhaka is a citizen engagement management platform through which DNCC citizens can easily avail the services provided by the corporation in the places covered by Dhaka North Town Corporation (DNCC). Citizens of Dhaka North Town Corporation can download this apk on their Android device and iOS mobile devices. Shobar Dhaka Citizen application will improve the lives of the citizens by providing DNCC services and info online. Through the mobile application, citizens will be able to report problems like street, mosquito, road light, garbage, waterlogging, public toilet, drainage and illegal structure directly to the concerned officials and employees and councilors of DNCC. Here are the key features of "Shobar Dhaka" Citizen application: 1. Citizens will be able to submit their problems with real-time GPS location. 2. The Emergency Services section contains the option to call the National Emergency Helpline, 999, will be able use a unique feature for women, "Emergency Alert" and emergency numbers of government services. 3. Place and directions to the nearest DNCC office, hospital, police station, bus stop, fire service, ATM booth and address of emergency service providers. 4. The apk has a scroller for necessary government announcements, breaking news or different DNCC updates for citizens. 5. The apk also has citizen notification and emergency disaster alert system. 6.
