  John Potter: UPDATE 8/22/17 What a difference a ver makes. Current ver working perfectly, and improved over previous ver with a cleaner layout and much broader reporting options. Good job! (Previous review below ) Awful replacement for a working apk. Unlike the Apple ver, this ver will not toggle between stores (functionality is there, just doesn't work) as well as slow loads and lockups. Useless unless you have only one store to manage. Worse that useless since the old apk worked ok. UPDATE: Assigned store Nicknames in BackOffice as instructed, no change in apk behavior. Apk is installed on both an Android device smartphone and smartphone and functions the same on both.

  Ladd Casillas: Doesn't work UPDATE: The developers were fast to contact me and fixed whatever was wrong. Works good now!....... I got it to begin and work when i first downloaded the apk. Tried opening later in the day and it just keeps crashing... does not work on my Samsung S7edge.

  Sarah Nobles: This apk is only useful for one place. We have two stores and cannot see reports for both. It's very frustrating. UPDATE: ShopKeep sent instructions for adding a second shop, which worked. You must have a various name on the receipt for each shop. I would love to be able to use the apk for more than just a brief overview, but to just check in on the day's sales, it does its job.

  Ngozi Ann: I have one shop, so i can receive the primary everyday details for ledger purposes and margins. Not much more use than that. Dunno why shopkeep pulled backoffice for android device, that was method more useful and efficient. Worst thing about this apk: it keeps logging me out and having me add my shop once more on a regular basis. Debilitating, esp since apks are supposed to create life easier

  Chris Kodad: I've been asking for nearly two years to have Shopkeep give us the ability to change the hours of the day I wish to present for my business. I own a bar and we close at 2am. Shopkeep's end of day is at mindnight. I always have the remaining two hours of business showing on my next days sales so it's never accurate. I can't be the only business that is affected by this. It could be a logical option for bars and restaurants, who are begin past midnight, to be able to select what time frames they wish for their business hours on the apk and back office.

  Joe Cremin: While the apk is decent, I'm knocking a star off for each of the following problems: 1) About 50% of the time I begin the apk, it gives me an error loading the data and I have to close the apk and reopen it, sometimes 2 or 3 times before it loads properly. 2) When closing the apk, about 2/3 of the time the apk just opens back up and I end up having to close it once more. 3) Sometimes when the apk doesn't load right (especially when I have low cell service or walk too far away from my wireless router) I end up having to close it and then when I reopen it, it makes me kind in all my login details once more, which is a PITA! There are some another smaller complaints I have about it, but it's more lack of features I'd like to see. The large 3 stuff above, create the apk a pain to use.

  Nancy B: This apk gives much less info than the Apple apk and does not easily toggle between stores. It randomly deletes all my stores and them I receive a login error notice until I completely reinstall and set up once more. It's a awesome idea but needs a lot of work.

  Joey Raney: This apk is decent if you have only one shop. It will not let you to look at various places of the same shop. The old dashboard apk was better in that you should see what all places were doing at a glance. Please fix this so that I can receive the functionality of this apk with the multiple place help from the old dashboard apk.

  UPDATE July 25 2017: Still a awful apk deletes your shops I am constantly setting the apk up, at least 3 times a week, sometimes multiple times in one day. It is horrible and unreliable, especially for working in NYC. Original: Awful apk. Looks a lot better than the previous one I used but it is worse in functionality. Shifting between stores is inconvenient. The worse thing is that it logs me out nearly ever day; I would have to input all the login details once more for each shop! It is so annoying and I feel a sudden burst of stressed every time it happens. This apk is not healthy for people whom are easily stressed!

  John Marsh: Apk was beautiful awesome to look in while away. Would be nice to be able to see begin tabs, as these don't present in the total, so can be a guessing mini game if busy. After recent modernize the apk is completely broken. 99 out of 100 times it will give a loading error...Rendering the apk useless.
