The Mobility Client extends your enterprise desk smartphone features and UC capabilities to your Android device device, integrating into your PBX and enabling VoIP, Cellular, and video calling. It cuts mobile expenses and makes mobile workers more productive, efficient, and connected. Works good. Running via Connect Mobility. All issues I've read in another reviews appear to be configuration problems. They read like regular problem tickets that I myself have resolved periodically. I challenge someone to search other UC solution that offers the same features with ease of use and configuration. Not to mention the cost factor.

John Beaman: Does not work with Lollipop yet The April 6th modernize resolved the crashing at begin problem, but not the apk is disabling the ringer on my smartphone when it is running. Exit the apk and the ringer starts working once more. ShoreTel has confirmed that the April 6th release is still not for Android device version 5.

Tom Simanovich: Just fine It's OK. Frequently goes to black unresponsive screen on any model of Android device I've inspected with. Not awful. Consistently runs in background which is better than iPhone for sure. IPhone constantly have to bring apk up to initialize to receive calls. This will run on bootup just ok. Black screen problem has been around for awhile. Also this apk ignores audio settings. If I place my volume to vibrate the ringer on the apk still makes its ring tone sound.

Joel Rheinschmidt: Doesnt work correctly with US Cellular Galaxy S6 says it is supported. But apparently not on US Cellular. Username and password prompt continually comes up. Even with the save password box checked. Ends up causing problems ny locking me out on network computer.

Christopher Wagner: Fine It's an OK apk. Very buggy. If I don't reply the call on my smartphone, the scdreen stays awake. Also, sometimes the smartphone will ring but I won't have the option to reply the call. Doesn't run very smooth and doesn't follow the Android device design guidlines. Would be nice to be asked if I wish to create a call with my ShoreTel extension through the default dialer like Google Voice does.

Joe Hayes: Flaky apk S5 Verizon. Apk crashes all the time. Locks up smartphone. It's not very stable. Can't suggest to my coworkers until bugs are fixed. Just too a lot of issues to be productive.

Ringer never stops ringing I've tried this apk on multiple Android device phones, and have the same trouble every time. When I receive a call and my ringer is turned on, the ringer will not stop ringing until I close the ShoreTel apk. Even if I take the smartphone call, it will continue to ring WHILE I am on the smartphone, and even after I hang up. So I can only use it when my smartphone is on vibrate. Another than that, it works ok.

Ilan Reynolds: Doesn't help ART :( Apk crashes when launching if device is using the ART runtime. Only supports Dalvik at the moment. Please modernize ASAP to help ART!!
