Sign language is a language that prefers body language, lip motion and manual communication and does not give voice priority. Similar to what happened in Indonesia, there are 2 sign language for deaf people in Indonesia. Namely the Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) and the Indonesian Signal System (SIBI). There are some differences between SIBI and BISINDO. SIBI is created by turning oral Indonesian into sign language, so in translating one complete word with the prefix and its suffix. For example the word mini game will be translated as play. While the translation on BISINDO only with one word accompanied by expression to present the ongoing happenings. Difficulties in SIBI are for deaf people who have never known Indonesian grammar, therefore BISINDO is often considered more effective and easier to use. Sign language for the hearing impaired can assist them to learn different things at once develop their minds. With the correct choice of sign language, it will certainly assist the deaf people to understand the globe as a whole.
