  Delana Loucks: Good concept just needs a better method to add more sitters to your job. As a parent, I'd like to have more to select from close to my house. I live in a large town so it's not like there is a shortage of sitters but for some reason the list of sitters you can invite on the job doesn't contain all of the sitters in the place. That is the only thing that would create it better.
