  Had my credit card details stolen. Used the apk at gas station where I suspected this had occured and got a positive hit. Called the Sheriff and they found and removed a skimmer from one of the pumps! Unbelievable!!!

This release has fixed the crashing problems for me. :) For those that have had problems with this apk, Test the fresh ver. ;) --- Old review: Crashes shortly after starting scan. BT scan itself does work (found my Laptop), but crashes within 15-20 seconds. :( Also, Crashes IMMEDIATELY when choosing "About Skimmer Scanner" :p This apk still needs some serious work... 1 star. Hopefully will be better next release... Android device 6.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Express 3 (SM-J120A)

  Jeff: I work a lot with Bluetooth connections on home-made media and control devices as a hobby, so I decided to see if I should fool this apk. I had all sorts of Bluetooth signals going through the air and I never once got a false positive. This reassures me enough to give it a fair possibility at the pumps. While some people seem to recommend it doesn't detect most of them (or any of them) I suppose it's worth exploring the tech though, something needs to be done.
