  Maggie Dunlop: I actually use Skritter mainly for vocab building rather than writing (Japanese and Chinese). It's clearly a product of language educator and computer science expertise, which stands in contrast to the another major flashcards apks out there (I'm looking at you, Anki, Cerego, even Quizlet - your algorithms can only receive you so far). Well worth paying for. And no advertisements, also worth paying for. Thanks.

  Joshua Johnson: I don't use Skritter for vocabulary, so I can't comment on that, but I do use it for learning kanji, and it's unbelievable! I can use it efficiently wherever I am (preferably at home with a smartphone)! It makes the learning process so much faster for me; nothing obstructs my progress and everything is created incredibly simple for me. Since kanji and vocabulary are separate, I do want they had a separate cheaper tier for only kanji, but I can't complain because doing kanji in Skritter is relatively painless!

  Amanda Curry: I have always loved skritter.I just got back into using it BECAUSE I found out they got an apk. Its convenient and works like website but some of the words don't have audio. So I have to click to present the kanji and then how will I know if I actually knew how to draw it. Over I love skritter it is the best program for writing Japanese.

  Casey Green: I have fun doing Skritter on both Japanese and Chinese! However, I have one trouble with this apk. When writing hiragana, you have to be ridiculously precise to register a single stroke. This really infuriated me, regardless of how precise I was, the stroke did not register. I really hope you fix this on the apk. Thank you.

  Paris Williams: Seems to have improved a lot since I latest used it. Managed to actually have a proper trial run since I got a fresh smartphone. The apk itself is good but still very expensive, and I still stand by what I said about being able to receive the same functionality on Anki while paying nothing. There are Anki decks that do basically the exact same thing as Skritter so I see no reason to pay for this. If the apk were much cheaper, I would consider it. Skritter is special in its features, just not enough to be worth this much

After that, I'll definitely give it 5 stars!

  SW G: It's definitely interesting. Things I like: Utilizing my Samsung Note 5 to its fullest with the stylus. 2. The vast amount of words. Things I'd like added or changed: I hate self reporting on apks. I'd prefer if the apk should grade you itself, especially for a paid subscription apk. If it's gratis then I receive it. 2. Then there's the very strange method of adding words. I'd prefer something less reliant upon me deciding to add fresh words at what point.

  Charles Macanka: Skritter is a unbelievable service that I have used for years to assist learn Japanese. I used to use their web apk to study, but now mostly use the iOS apk on an ancient iPod Touch. This Android device apk is good because it allows writing kana, as well as kanji; the iOS apk does not help kana. Unfortunately, though, the Android device apk is missing some very necessary features that are show on every another platform I've used Skritter on, such as indicating how due/overdue an item is and when it was latest studied, and anything but the most primary interactions with vocabulary lists. I still use Skritter every day, and I can't wait to be able to retire my iPod Touch (only used for Skritter anymore) and only need this Android device apk for practice once it has been improved enough.
