  A Google User: Control-freak sleeps I admit I listened a couple times first before giving in, but for someone that has to control everything in my life, letting go and letting him tutorial me to restful sleep was a large step. When I cannot sleep, especially because of a racing mind, this helps me relax and drift off. A must-have and definitely worth trying if insomnia is a constant in your life!!!!

You cannot assist but melt away into dreamland with his soothing voice and gentle instruction. He is right, you MUST use heasdphones, makes a ton of difference!

  April Wilkinson: Sleeping Beauty I suffer from chronic pain and insomnia. This apk has been so helpful in helping my frayed nerves to calm down and helping me fall asleep. Darren Mark's voice is so soothing and not at all creepy like some another hypnotherapists' voices. Don't buy Joseph Clough's, he sounds like a serial assassin.

  A Google User: prescription sleep aids can't touch this... for more than a year and a half I have been cycling through sleep aids trying to search something to assist me sleep after surviving a traumatic incident. Not just go into a zombie state but reach DEEP sleep. I sleep with a sleep monitor and I wasn't registering more than 10 mins in deep sleep. Not awesome. I was skeptical - but figured 4.99 was cheaper than other prescription I'd throw away, so I gave it a go. First night. FOUR HOURS SOLID - WONDERFUL - REFRESHING sleep. I was ready to hit the ground running! I am so satisfied with my results - I use it with my children and they too, benefit from it. I tell my mates about it, my family... if I can quit medication for sleep and relax my method to sleep... sign me up! Headphones are most beneficial for this recording to have the BEST result but not critical. You won't be disappointed!
