Glenn Seale: So soothing. I popped this on first thing waking up as woke up earlier than I wanted. It's designed for aiding sleep but if feeling soothed and relaxed is how I wish to begin my day, seemed reasonable to give it a go. Turned it off part method through as daytime called... but oh how relaxed I'm starting it. Want there were some extra recordings too as unbelievable so far.

Not only is it helping me fall asleep, but when I use this apk, for some reason I'm sleeping more soundly and waking more rested. I bought the full ver and I'm so glad I did. Also, bought the Body meditation for healing, but haven't had a possibility to test it yet. I'm sure it'll be good, too.
