Orange: I have Faithfully use this apk for a lot of months now, I have had some good experiences but my latest two experiences one in Philadelphia one in Delaware have been horrible I ordered from a put in Philadelphia they delivered my meal to the wrong house then I had to war with them myself with no assist from slice another than a $5 discount to receive my meal redelivered ,then latest night I ordered here in Delaware from a put called Giovanni's, 2 hours later the meal had not shown up I received a call from a delivery driver after I had already gone to work attempting to deliver my meal to an address in other town after I pointed it out to him that he was in the wrong place and that's why he couldn't search the house and that I was at work and it's impossible for me to keep the meal at this time 2 hours later, when I contacted slice about this they offered no assist and getting my cash back but yet just offered excuses and told me to contact the restaurant when I contact the restaurant they pointed the finger at the slice , and said that it was slice who required to refund my cash because they were the ones who did the transaction and I had to debate with the restaurant until they decided to resend my meal out which I only did to rectify the situation of losing $30 on an order so this will be the latest of my dealings with slice and the apk will be deleted. Unhappy state of customer appreciation in this day we live in . 11/28/17 I would like to modernize this and state that slice has stepped up to the plate and the best method possible to customer service is good I appreciate everything that they have done to rectify this situation and I will continue to use this service good job guys good staff !
