About the application:

This apk creates virtual "smoke trails" like those from red bull air racer, from your actual motion while skiing, motor racing, cycling or flying an actual air-race! No unique hardware another than your Android device 10+ smartphone is required. The apk uses special machine learning algorithm to combine GPS/GNSS place, velocity and accelerometer / gyroscope / magnetic compass readings from your smartphone to record attitude (roll, pitch, yaw), 3D track and velocity, G-force 100 times per second. Unlike conventional GPS loggers, the recording is continuous and plays smoothly even in slow motion, allowing you to time your lap down to 0.01 second resolution, and to race virtually versus. another people's captured smoke trails from the same place. Long press on the main screen to choose two trails (maybe recorded at various time or by various person) to compare or race. You can draw arbitrary begin and finish line, and the time offset is automatically adjusted so the two begin at the begin line at exactly the same time. You can also draw a finish line and use the skip forward/backward button to search exactly the time you or your enemy has crossed the finish line in each lap. This initial release has been inspected mostly on Pixel 4 and Samsung A52. Of the two, Pixel 4 had better inertial sensors which allowed smoother and more accurate sub-second recording, while A52 had better GPS/GNSS which received more satellites, resulted in less possibility of losing GPS signal which causes glitches in the recorded trail. Your experience may vary depending on the quality of your hardware. Check out some screen recordings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFqWn6YJSIw Recommendations: - For bicycle, mount the smartphone on the handle bar using a smartphone holder. - For cars/airplanes, better results can be obtained by mounting the smartphone in a put with unobstructed view of the sky, and away from sources or magnetic interference such as displays / electronics inside the car. A suction cup to mount the smartphone high up on the windshield is suggested. - For skiing and snowboarding, slide the smartphone upside down into front / chest pocket of your jacket. As you will see from instructions inside the apk, it is necessary to point the smartphone in the direction of travel when you affix the smartphone to the car or your body. This is due to limited heading accuracy of magnetic compass / gyroscope sensors in most phones. The apk corrects such inaccuracy through velocity info obtained from GPS/GNSS.
