Advanced messaging is not supported.APP FEATURES:- Backup SMS (text) messages, MMS messages and call logs in XML format.- Local device backup with options to automatically upload to Email, Google Drive or Dropbox- Select a recurring scheduled time to automatically backup.- Option to choose which text conversations to backup or restore.- View and drill into your local and cloud backups- Find your backups- Restore/transfer backup to other smartphone. Backup format is independent of the Android device ver so the messages and logs can be easily transferred from one smartphone to other, irrespective of the ver.- Quick Transfer between 2 phones over WiFi direct- Ability to restore all text messages or only chosen conversations.- Gratis up place on your smartphone. Delete all messages or call logs on the Smartphone.- Email a backup file.- The XML backup can be converted to another formats, and can also be viewed on a computer. Notes:- Inspected on Android device 5.0 and higher- Apk only restores backups created by this apk- Please begin the apk at least once after updates so that the scheduled backups begin working.- Backup is made locally on the smartphone by default, but you have the option to upload to Email, Google Drive or Dropbox. You are responsible for backup files. At no time are the files sent to the developer.- If you intend to do a factory restart on the smartphone, please create sure you save/email a copy of the backup outside the smartphone before doing it.- If you have performed the Restore and the messages don't appear in your messaging apk then:- Begin your messaging apk and Disable SMS from Settings.- Exit the apk- Begin the apk once more and Enable SMS from Settings. Neil Ross: Perfect I have been using this apk for close on five years and it has seen me through three smartphone changes and a few factory resets. On each opportunity all my texts/SMSs were faithfully restored to create me feel at home in my fresh circumstances. With the recent ver (v7.40, 7.41) the developer(s) have restored the capability of saving to the external sd card, which, through no fault of theirs, was removed in Android device Kitkat. Congratulations to the developer(s) and those involved for helping us safe our electronic communications. You never know but you may be safeguarding the correspondence of show day Brownings for the edification of future generations!

David Mason: Flawless This apk is now even better than the ver I used a couple of years ago. The author obviously takes pride in his work and has done everything possible to create it as fast and simple to use as possible. I often search people go too far with making things player friendly and then end up with apks which are difficult to use for advanced players, but this was all very fast and simple. The option to email the backup is really convenient and the prompts are clear and simple to understand. This is one of the very few apks that is as useful and simple to use for advanced players, as it is for technophobes. Thanks!
