Create sure to connect to your 3G and not 5G when sitting up Wi-Fi. That's the mistake that most people create. Fine, add total hours slept in each blue section so I don't have to do mental math when sleep deprived

  Melissa Burke: I have been using the SNOO for 4 months now, and I love it! I also have been using the apk on my smartphone, and I have loved the apk as well. Recently, there was an modernize to the SNOO apk and I wasn't able begin the apk on my smartphone. The tech help squad was very helpful and the problem was fixed (with a fresh apk modernize) within a few days.

  Calvin Tran: The apk is easy and effective. It shows enough dozens of info in a easy graph. My wife and I use it plenty to notify us if there is a trouble, to check how the baby is sleeping, or to predict when he will wake up next. The snoo itself has been unbelievable for us, but I'm general, my baby sleeps beautiful easily already. There is added reassurance that the snoo responds to or can assist soothe my baby. The snoo is capable of putting our baby to sleep if he is slightly fussy.

As for recommendations, I would like to have a notification if the Snoo goes to a higher level (user-defined) I would also like the log to present levels against time, not just dark blue and light blue.

Nice controls and graphical depiction of its activity. I do want we had better control over the motion limiter (hold motion at level 3 or less, for example)

  A Google user: Originally rated the snoo a one star (for the apk, the snoo itself is good). However, this was due to me not being able to connect with the apk with my Samsung 8. After the smartphone SW was updated, it was able to connect. Customer help has also been timely and beautiful effective as well. Overall we are very satisfied with the snoo and can see how it has added some much required sleep time for our tiny one and for mama. 8-20 Modernize - we have now used the SNOO for over 3 months & we absolutely love it.

  NaviMay: Had problems with the apk at first, but customer service worked with me, discovered the trouble (I trust it was because my smartphone is older: Samsung Galaxy Note5) and they place the fix in the app's next modernize and now it works perfectly once more! Unbelievable customer service! I think the only thing I'd recommend for the apk is being able to tap on the horse shoe shaped sleep record and being able to see a more detailed list of all the specific times baby is asleep/soothed/awake. Overall good apk!

  A Google user: No issues for me whatsoever! I think if people had issues it was their wireless connection not having a separate 2.4ghz wireless connection band speed. Love the apk and the snoo! want I had bought instead of rented! but loving it nonetheless. I've always used dr karps philosophies and tip, but now for my second kiddo I am using his snoo and it's been such a blessing to receive my stomach/side sleeper to rest so long and well on her back!

  Jared Dettmann: My wife and I were skeptical for the first month or so but quickly saw how much our tiny guy loved sleeping in his Snoo. He has turned into a beautiful good sleeper now at 4 months old and we're sure the Snoo has played a large role in that. Our baby boy had some digestive issued early on and the Snoo definitely seemed to assist comfort him during that time - would highly suggest the Snoo to any parents it can be a large assist for your tiny ones especially if they have any colic or fussiness!

Having an acc is good because it means my wife and I can use the same acc and both see our baby's data. Works with no issues on Galaxy S8 and S9+. Alerts you when baby needs to be picked up, lots of customizability, what's not to like?

  R L: The product (Snoo) is the best thing I have ever spent cash on. The apk is really awesome, but would benefit from having end of week and end of month analytics reporting in other tab. To have weekly averages calculate on Monday or Tuesday or monthly averages on the 3rd or 8th of the month is not valuable at all. I wish to see a rolling 30 day average or a total month to month comparison (March versus April). Trend graphs over time would be a premium, too. Overall, five stars!!!
