  Alan: Works good for us! None of the problems others have indicated they have issues with. Has worked on all phones we have used and is up and running in literally a few seconds of the apk download with every function working normally. Want we would have gotten one of these sooner. It has paid for itself in batteries alone that we were consuming with other product we were using that didn't have a wall outlet like the Snoozypod does.

  DAWN PENA: This apk would be AMAZING and easily 5 stars if it worked consistently. It works like 2 out of 3 nights, so 1 out of 3 nights means getting out of bed all night to pit it back on when my son wakes up. The nights it works, it's good! The another downfall is that it only works when I'm in the same room as the pod. If I'm in the living room on the couch after I place my son to sleep, it doesn't present up when I scan for a device.

  Charles Zorn: Love it mostly. Apk works adaquately. Vibe can be noisey. When night light is on it causes more sound (badly grounded or led buzzing?) Samples are artificial sounding. I would like more sounds of higher quality. Can't receive pod firmware to modernize. Firmware needs to be fixed asap. Probably a BT ver trouble.

  Stephanie Bell: I have to say, the lack of customer help is awful. I purchased 2 of the so others from Amazon. One works excellent (the only reason for stars). The actual device, the apk, all of it. My 1 year old is finally sleeping in his crib! This is the only product of its type - believe me, I've looked. My daughter's however doesn't work. Mainly in the apk. I've reached out twice and no response. Not even an automated notice. If I should receive a response to the glitch with hers, then I'll modernize to 5 stars.

  Cheryl Weikel: Connecting to the snoozypod fails most of the time. It is very frustrated to have a screaming and crying infant while attempting to connect via Bluetooth to turn it in. Sometimes it takes over 15 attempts to even connect. It would be an good product if this problem was fixed.

  A Google user: Such a glitchy apk, would receive to 80% complete for the fresh firmware download and then stall out. Did this repeatedly, so I couldn't receive it to work, then it locked up the unit so I couldn't even run it manually. Thankfully my husband's smartphone got it to complete. Apk needs some assist but now seems to be functioning fine...

  Trent Thiel: Setup went good. Was able to turn it on and control everything. Then my smartphone screen turned off per usual becuase why could I have to leave my smartphone on. Woke my smartphone up and tried to reconnect and it couldn't search my snoozypod. Apk 1 star. Product 5 star.

  Tyler Hoppert: Current firmware modernize fails to install and makes the unit unusable (the lights flash red and you cannot turn on the sound or vibration.) A lot of people are having this trouble; read reviews anywhere.

  Justin Holman: It works maybe 20% of the time. The stupid thing is you can't receive to most of the options, like continuous vibrations and sounds, without the apk. So the fact that their apk doesn't work means you don't receive those options. We've tried it on an iPhone 7, iPhone SE, and two separate Pixel 2's. It works about 40% of the time on the SE, which is a work smartphone and 10% of the time on one of the Pixel 2 phones. Also I tried emailing them one week ago and still have yet to receive a response.

  Tina Gauvin: The apk never works (works maybe 1 out of 5 times), which is very frustrating, especially at 12-4am with crying twins. Like the snoozypod but it sucks that some features are only accessible with the apk (like continious vibration, which is what I need..30min is not enough). It would be good if the apk worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed, but still don't work so I have to go in the room to begin the vibration every 30min and it makes them cry even more when they see me leave the room.

  Sara S: Won't even search my device sitting right next to it. All of a sudden out of nowhere, the vibration stopped going all night. Now it turns off in 30 mins, so I tried downloading the apk (my husband did the first time around) to fix it, and I can't even sync them to do it!
