  Heather Carleton: Apk is fine but the directions suck. Directions don't say anything about having to "wake up" the mouth piece in order to connect to Bluetooth. Only when I used the QR code and watched the video did I see this required to be done. I see a lot of another negative reviews here saying it won't connect, so you might wish to contain that critical detail in the instructions for pairing. Otherwise, seems to work just ok.

  Matthew Theriaque: The apk needs work, I love the controls on the apk but it's really unstable and if you and your partner both test too use it at the same time it becomes even more unstable. Good design just needs some work too create it usable.

  A Google user: When you have a fresh device, it will tell you to modernize firmware device and once you click fine. It will be reboot and the device stops breathing and will never work once more. How to troubleshoot?

  A Google user: I have not gotten it to work correctly on my first test yet. I have to pair it every time and sometimes it will do some totally random setting. Also, when you're setting up the apk it has you take a before image that for the life of me I can't search on the apk. Just really awful features and really buggy. Hopefully this is getting worked on.

  Mick Gainer: Well my experience was awesome for the 1st 19 days things were going good and my teeth were getting white her and looking much better but then on the 19th day my mouth piece started not working and sync with the apk and what happens is when I receive the mouthpiece out of its holder in wake it up then I go to log in on the apk the mouthpiece shuts off in those network and I've only had this thing for 22 days now so just 3 days ago this started acting up another than that it was awesome for 19 days 😔

  Leslie K: When I first downloaded this apk no acc was needed. Now acc is needed but I cannot make a password after the fact. I cannot login because I never had a password and there is NO option to make or select "I forgot my password". No contact details for assist. Would often shut down during whitening session. Inconsistent and not simple to contact anyone for assist.

  Marquette Dancy: Needs major improvement. Even with updates, apk still crashes, doesn't connect with device, doesn't let login with acc, doesn't let customized sessions, doesn't track or record progress or sessions, and is just overall a large disappointment. Customers expect much more for the purchase cost of the device, and this so doesn't deliver. Major allow down. Not worth downloading until problems are resolved.

I decided to test the product. It does light up so we will see. I read the past reviews, I would think your company would test to fix your apk. I've had this product for a tiny over a year.   Corinne Stemen: Crashes everytime I attempt to modernize the firmware. Apk does not let me to start/set time as I wish, it will only run for 15 mins based on the light you have to shake the mouthpiece to. Waste of cash.
