  Andrew Fong: Good Good adaptation of the first Sorcery! gamebook. Out of the three that Inkle have published so far, it adheres the closest to the original material, although there is some fresh content as well. Enjoyable combat system. Yes, it's short, but the replay value is high, and it's worth purchasing just on the basis that story content carries on through the next ebooks.

  PATRICK SMITH: Brilliant. Retro gaming up to date I have the original sorcery epic and an almost complete fighting fantasy collection. I love the mapping, I love the fresh fighting system which bilds on the gamebooks. I miss calling on goddess Libra.

  Kyle Marsh: What I've been looking for I simply love mini games where you chose what you do at the time. The idea of having so a lot of spells which alter the happenings which will happen is good. I've only been in it for about 45 mins but I can already tell it's going to be an good mini game. This, without a doubt is in my top 5 mobile mini games, of not first. The only complaint I have is that apple already have the second mini game while we only just got the first one. But I understand that they are a little company. Hope we will properly catch up to apple.

  Nina Reichhardt: Perfect old school RPG The mini game features a good visual style, sleek and intuitive player interface and a good storyline. I don't think this mini game is too short, as it has a good answer value (trying out all the various choices and travel options is a lot of fun). It's definitely worth your cash.

  Well worth the wait I couldn't wait to play this after seeing the Yogscast playthrough. It's good that there are so a lot of choices, even knowing some of them I was able to have a uniquely fun experience. Now if they will just hurry with part 2! :)

  Jason King: Really enjoyable modernize of classic format Much better than previous efforts such as Hell House, which were frustrating to play. This brought back a lot of awesome memories, and was a smoothly done, intelligent modernize of the original ebook. The ability to rewind prevents complete frustration and having to begin from scratch.

  Fantastico! This reminded me, and brought back memories, of my early teenage years, when I found these ebooks in Italy (in translation) and fell in love with John Blanche's illustrations and the atmosphere of the 'Sortilegio' (=Sorcery) ebooks. I thoroughly enjoyed playing this mini game on the 'smartphone ver, and what I loved about this was that, after so a lot of years, I was immediately steeped back into that unbelievable globe... I liked that mixture of graphics, text, and illustrations, with the environmental sounds adding a real sense of being 'in' the story. I cannot wait for the second part (Khare')! Perfect work!
