The dozens and frequency of practice from Cat rivals all others I have tried (even ones with multiple teachers like Alo) - which is such an good achievement from just one teacher! Good teacher, player friendly, well thought out (Chromecast, journal entry options, beginner course) There's so a lot of methods to learn about the whole practise of yoga without it being overwhelming. I love the mediation and breathwork as well. I'm so satisfied I've subscribed, I feel like I've finally found a method to add yoga to my life for the long term.
