About the application:

Spades - County Guidelines is a variation on the Spades card mini game where there aren't any points over bids (bags), blinds, nil bids, and ebooks are counted on an one to one basis. It is also a squad mini game. Your Squad versus the Computer Squad. I will add slash throat as an option at a later time. The emphasis is on bids with County Guidelines, either you create the bid and receive the points or you don't. The minimum bid is 4 and the maximum is 10. You don't receive any additional points for making 10 but it will place you in a much better put because your enemy will be set. The first squad to 25 wins.
