  Dominic Powell: As a Fresh Player of Spectrum VOIP smartphone service - I must say this apk needs a lot of work. The persistence of the apk does serious battery drain in the background. The iconography is incomplete inside the apk. The on device contacts aren't properly searchable inside the apk. The dialer is too large to actually see any of the contacts you do test to find. Adding Fresh contacts the field is incomplete. etc. If you need any further feedback I can give it, It is also a tiny concerning the apk is in this state since Novemeber 2017 and hasn't been updated since considering the 10 employees in my office all are issued android device phones

  Christina Donahoe: Drains my phone's battery from full charge to 20% in about 3 hours. Constantly running in the background and you can't adjust the settings to improve the situation. The ONLY reason this is on my smartphone is because it is now needed for my job. I have to force stop the apk when I go home to hold it from running my battery down. It defeats the purpose of having a "mobile" smartphone for work when it spends half the day on the charger! If it wasn't needed for work I would have unsinstalled after the first five mins (my battery has dropped by 5% just in the time it took me to write this review, and I have no another apks running). Awesome luck and bring your charger when you have to run this apk.

  A Google user: Always gives me the option it cannot begin apk. So everything I test to reply a call on this apk it kicks me out and hang up the calls. Working in a company for home health it looks unprofessional on my part when it appears I don't wish to take calls

  Anna Roberts: a few people in our office are getting the error notice "entered invalid server" on the apk yet we are able to log in with the same exact credentials through Google Chrome desktop. Event to iPhone and android device phones. it's been this method for months and months with no fix. I think I've been able to use this apk like MAYBE one time.... question below said "can you send text messages with this apk?" welp. I'd love to tell ya but I'm unable to confirm since we can't receive in!🤷‍♀️

  Kara Avery: Continuous proxy timeouts and errors. If you are expecting this to let you to reply or create business calls, don't. Very unreliable apk that drains the battery, errors out repeatedly and when it does work, it works poorly with awful at best call clarity. While it's a good idea, it's time has not come. Better off using your stratus acc through a pc or better yet using a smartphone.

  A Google user: if the basic function of this apk is to be a dialer, then it fails miserably. i can't call other extension in tbe building. it will attempt to dial, but will fail to connect 90% of thr time. calling out will usually drop the call a couple mins in... if it succeeds at making the connection first. Would like speakerphone mode on android device ver. speaking to tech help, they seem unaware of the differences between ios and android device versions of the apk. Note 9 running Pie. voicemail works!
