  K Family: I just installed it and submitted some claims and receipts. It seemed to work. It doesn't remember dependents names or providers, so those have to be entered every time. (Maybe I overlooked something, but I don't see how to do that through the apk or on the site). That's not a large deal, but it would be helpful. The apk is easier than a paper form or scanning and submitting online.

  Apk is useless. I know what my balance is. Don't need an apk for that. I was hoping to be able to send receipts and such for validation purposes but that is the only thing the apk can't do. The design isn't too awful. Implement the chance to transmit validation forms and receipts and I rate this apk 5 stars. Otherwise one can as well use the site.

  John Lilliston: Fine, here's my take on my first test. When I look at the list of claims that need proof uploaded, why can I not click on that claim and then upload the document to that claim? That's a no-brainer! Second, why would you not let me to upload a PDF rather than a photograph? A PDF is standard in the industry! I will be anxiously awaiting improvements!

  Manish Kumar: Apk require changes from player usualibility point of view. First time when I installed the apk it was not able to login and advised to delete this apk and I deleted the apk. After couple of weeks I reinstalled and it was was able to login and present HSA acc but now Transit acc is missing. Also how to check acc deposits along with claims??

  I was told I required this apk to see my HSA card balance. Downloaded it, set it up, it worked for 1 day and then the apk itself kept telling me based on my enrollment that I didn't need the apk and to delete it. It would not allow me proceed.

  Tiffany Westerly: Better to release good apk later, than awful apk quickly. Had high hopes that this would improve process of submitting receipts. I'll stick with site. Please modernize so you just click on a claim to add receipt. Entering date and amount = unnecessary steps. Apk is not intuitive at all. Bummer. Love the finger print feature though. A few improvements on this apk will go a long method. Looking forward to updates.

  Robbie P: As others have stated, the apk isn't intuitive to use. I was able to log in easily enough today whereas I couldn't the another day - assuming it was in process of migrating accounts Need capability to upload multiple types of files and not just jpg. PDF, TIFF, and PNG are standard for formats that could be allowable. Taking screenshots of a PDF is silly, and time consuming. Apks are to assist create things more efficient for everyone involved. And of course I trust you can upload different file formats via the site. Thanks!

  1SolidJohn: Largest pos tool. Have to add dependants EVERY TIME, images of receipts somtimes place old copy of prior receipt, have to kind in same doctor or provider EVERY time..... These people never tried to use the apk or they would know these primary features create it much easier to enter info. Next year i will pass on this waste of time and just pay the tax.
