About the application:

This requires Spillman Flex 6.3 with the 1607 or later release. The Spillman Touch® apk is designed to provide public security agencies a fast and convenient method to access common Spillman Flex features using a phone or tablet. Personnel with the proper credentials can use Spillman Touch to monitor their agency’s calls from anywhere and at any time from the convenience of a mobile device. Spillman Touch allows personnel to find their agency database for names, property, cars, and incidents from a mobile device. Personnel can also view Spillman Involvements® similar to any record. In addition, the module helps promote officer security by displaying records with warrants or alert warnings. The user-friendly design makes it simple for personnel to quickly learn how to navigate the apk. Spillman Touch allows personnel to access real-time call updates by viewing all active calls, call nature, and any assigned troops. Each player can customize the list of calls and troops within the jurisdiction. Calls are organized by unit status, providing a fast method to see whether officers have arrived on the stage and if a unit’s timer has expired. When a player has been assigned to a call, that info is displayed prominently. In addition to accessing info, Touch allows first responders to more efficiently complete their work. Players can view call comments and enter their own comments from their mobile device. Using Touch, players can quickly add images or documents from their mobile device to a record or to a report. Spillman Touch requires that the agency uses Spillman Flex and has already purchased the Spillman Touch module.
