  Autumn Heiston: The people who say it sucks most likely don't know how this work or how to use it. It is eerily cool... it worked for me! I heard my loved ones answering my questions even though it wasn't exactly their voices. You just have to understand that aspect of it- that spirit is using the program you are giving them to work with, not using their own voices.
