My father is from Dominica, but I was born in the U.S. he speaks Kweyol fluently, with his family back home, but didn't teach me really. :/ This is as close as it gets to me learning without having to ask. I'm sure that a lot of persons who for whatever reason desired to kind or express something in Creole (because they found it sounded better, with its own special energy), found themselves on more than one opportunity (like myself) guessing how certain words were correctly spelt, well that has now become something of the Past!
