  S: They take LONG to answer if they ever do. For some reason my profile got deleted after I submitted everything and no one has told me why. VERY reluctant to go through the process once more. Also someone emailed me saying to redo the process but the next day the person I had been communicating with through text told me to give my details for them to look further into it. That's when all communication stopped on their end. Also the APP says unable to connect to server whenever I begin it. I did decide to go through with the process after hearing good things from someone who works with Staffy. But now there doesn't even seem to be a point with no working apk. The apk has been like this for months now
