  A Google user: I was in therapy for my lower back arthritis, the therapist made a routine using bands to improve motion. I purchased this apk and was able to set the same tool. Now I stay more focused following the tool and not stop to read the tool. Just want it had more leg workouts. You receive a lot of apk for the little cost, well done!

  Scott Wood: This apk has good potential. Exercise photos and videos are nice but it lacks a lot of exercise routines and setting up a workout is very confusing and difficult. This apk should be a five star with some easy improvements player wise and more exercises to select from.

  A Google user: It's really overpriced for what it is... It's a collection of videos that you can create into a custom playlist for $5... I should have done this for gratis on YouTube. It works, so I give it a 3star, but had I known what it actually was I would have passed... Lesson learned I guess...
