At first it was very touchy, and now it's stuck on the opening page and won't turn in either direction. Uninstalling and re-installing the apk did not assist! Not a very useful apk at this time, In need of an modernize to fix the glitches! Back to the Weather Channel apk for now!*Update* 12/2/14, carousel bugg fixed, now a usable apk & rated 5 stars!
