  Blaine Varner: Hands down the easiest experience I've ever had using Troops technology. I'd give six stars if possible. Seamless, painless, effortless. Not that I required a tutorial, but the one on the site was found in two clicks. The gratis ver works good with the reader I bought from them on my android device. Awesome job.

  Jerrod Smith: apk needs work but they will work with you. i contacted the site and went back and forth multiple times before receiving a call. once on a call i was able to receive the apk to do what i required. It shouldn't be this hard but if you taje your time it will work

  Shuan Pringle: I downloaded this apk and then paid for the pro ver latest year. I've had problems with both since then. I am unable to view email in the "enhanced view". This allows you to view encrypted emails which is a key reason why I tried this product. Over the latest year I've been able to view encrtypted emails maybe 10 times. I can usally view my unecrypted emails with few issues but even that is sketchy. Customer service is very responsive and polite but so far has been unable to resolve this problem. I purchased a fresh smartphone recently and hoped that perhaps that would assist the problem. It didn't. I am stuck with only be able to sometimes view unencrypted emails and a few safe Air Force sites. Its very disappointing because I was hoping this would be a good solution to checking work email on the go. I've just about given up after a year of troubleshooting. This is product is a good idea in concept; I just want it actually worked and was reliable.

  Joseph Mercer: sub par performance out of apk and provided devices. App's browser is very slow in territories and will not access a lot of common DOD and VA CAC enabled wedsites. Apks email clients encryption capability is limited and very sluggish. Will not begin a monthly calender view if you have a lot of happenings. On Android device apks ability to recognize CAC credentials is not consistent. routinely have to unplug device or reset smartphone to receive application to initialize properly.

  Nicholas Chard: I am disappointed that for $150 I can't use a device on multiple platforms. My device can obviously recognize the Apple device but Thursby wants to claim that it takes $100 to create other apk for it to work. I talked to service and they told me that its because the apks are various between apple and Android device but like i said above somehow $100 fixes the problem. Its not the phones or the cac reader hardware. Its a cash grab for a customer base that relies heavily on cac readers.

  Sang Han: Below is the response stating I couldn't begin in enhanced mode OWA mode; "Sub Rosa could not be allowing you to begin attachments outside of the Enhanced OWA client for safety reasons, however, if you disable the Enhanced OWA client in Sub Rosa's settings, it could work ok as long as the notice containing the attachment is not signed or encrypted." so I attempted to begin in disabled enhanced OWA mode and now am unable to begin the email. I gave up on using the apk.

  Robert Kerr: Couldn't even try it to see if it works. Using an ACS ACR39U-NF as it is USB-C like my smartphone. Plugged it in after installing the apk and it says I have to receive Pro as the device doesn't work with the "trial." Going to assume it works with the another variants that are Micro USB or are accessible for purchase from Thursby themselves with the Pro ver as a bundle ($139.99)???

  Jerry Snyder: Bought the pack. Has no instuctions how to use this. Doesnt say if I needs to download the regular or pro. No assist on the weekends. Cant receive it to log into anything. Not very impressed and if they cant assist me receive this working on Monday I am going to send it back and ask for a full refund. Help did not know how to fix my problems. Returns was simple to work with. I hope they receive all the Android device problems worked out. This has the potential to be a good device.

  Willie Tucker: Very responsive customer service and willing to solve my trouble, but it's not the product for my needs. I don't see the need to spend $99 to create a reader work that isn't supported by the gratis apk, and I'm not spending $130 on a reader that can be used with the gratis apk. Neither makes any fiscal sense to me for my needs.

  Jeremy Owen: Don't understand why you have to buy the pro ver to access Android device CAC. I travel extensively with the military and I don't like bringing a laptop to stay connected to my command. Also no going to spend $100 on tool. Uodate: Response from Subrosa about the license being including if you buy their readers is only technically real. The cost is just added to the cost of the reader. A $20ish dollar reader just becomes a $100+ reader.
