  Moomin74: Awesome apk for creating subtitles, but is best to export in .srt format as most media users can begin these files. Just place the video and the .srt file in the same folder and give them the same file name (keeping the .mp4 and .srt extension) and most media users will search the subtitles easily. You don't need to spend cash unless you wish to physically embed the subtitle into the video.
