  A Google user: I want they would fix using the phone's "back" button. It shuts me out of the apk everytime I push the wrong "back." Otherwise, this is a attractive apk with a good, intuitive design that's constantly updating their listings!

  A Google user: I have been using the apk for about 3 weeks, I am looking for a house to rent in Austin. I love being able to create an appointment anytime I wish and the fact that they are almost inmediatelly. There are two major problems: 1. In android device, when using the back button, it always closes the apk itself, it does not go back. 2. When applying to a house, it could present the application status at least.

  Constantine Murenin: No method to limit find to just properties listed by Sunroom (w/o MLS); cannot find for condos without searching for apartments; cannot find for pet-unfriendly properties only; cannot find for self-tour-only; the list view shows interior pictures of the kitchen (which all look the same) w/o the address; they req smartphone # promise not to spam only to give it to sales; all/most of their properties come with $200 app/admin fees, which is a TX-specific invention that they adopt happily — awful.

  Lolo Clay: DON'T BOTHER! I TRULY HATE THIS APP! THERE'S NO WAY TO LOOK AT SECTION 8 HOUSING ONLY! why would I wish to sift through thousands of non section 8 houses/ apts./ ect..! PLUS I have a section 8 voucher which means I only need to create three times the portion of the rent I pay out of pocket and I do! But this company disqualified me because I don't create three times the actual full rental price. Section 8 pays the rest of the full complete portion of rent So why disqualify me! USELESS APP! UNINSTALL

  Allegra Crosby-laramie: Super dissapointed and feel like i wasted alot of valuable cash and time, forcing me to rent an apartment that didnt match what i was looking for due to time constrains. Loved being able to tour on my own time, initially staff was responsive. Place in 3 apks and dont even know if 1 of them was given to anyone - the first went well and I was as I was contacted by the property manager and unfortunately someone had beat me to the punch so i submitted two more. A week later someone from Sunroom contacted me about the first spot I didnt receive, and asked if I wanted to submit apks for anywhere else -- weird, I already had known that news awhile and had also already submitted for others. These two apks also took days to change from "sunroom is putting together your file for submission to the landlord " to "submitted to the landlord" when the first one was within 24 hours. One apk froze when I tried to process my submission and it seemed to be having problems after that, i dont know that it was ever submitted. A week went by, finally I was told that one of them had been filled already and asked if i was interested in other property they had nearby and I said yes! please! as time was running thin. Never was I contacted once more about this property, which i was ready to lease on the spot. As for the 3rd application, the one that I dont think actually was submitted, I never heard anything from anyone. Not sunroom not the landlord, no one. I gave up on waiting and, with only 3 days left till my absolutely must be moved out by date, I submitted 3 apartment apks and took the first one who got back to me, even though its a bedroom short of what I wanted and in round rock insead of austin - but panic had set it. and im positive i would have found a house had i not place all my eggs in one basket with sunroom, and I want i hadnt wasted a chunk of cash on apks that may have been approved if submitted at all/submitted with more urgency.

  Holly Velasquez: I would give this company 0 stars if I should. I applied with 3 another people. They wish you to have a 550 credit score. I had 2 brand fresh renters who did not have that. They then asked for a cosigner. They were to have over 3 times the rent and a 650 credit score. It is impossible. We had the cash but no credit. I would not suggest them ever.

  Neil Vanmiddendorp: This apk is actually useless. You'll receive data faster if you look at zillow or another bigger rental sites/apps since they receive the data from there. This apk is constantly wrong about a lot of aspects of the homed you're looking for. You will never be able to simply apply in the apk for a home, they'll always refund you and send you to other website You will never be able to tour a home when you schedule it. They'll cancel and tell you they don't have anyone accessible

  A Google user: Won't let me to even look at properties until 20-15 days before I move. Making me wait until latest min leaves me and my roommates at risk of not being able to a quality rental in our required places and budget. Have a feeling these type of practices are awesome for realtors that create commissions off rentals and sales which is a unhappy practice followed by a lot of reality groups and apks like this. Do not recommend using this apk at all if you're trying to be responsible and plan a head.

  Kelly Petrash: Horrible...buggy to the point of being unusable. Will block find page asking what your move date is...then nothing. Freezes, crashes, over & over. I'm from Austin and should really benefit from a usable apk like this, but so far it has simply wasted my time and patience.
