  Paula Rewa: This is unbelievable! I have been trying to figure out where to plant things in my fresh yard, which has a South facing hill shaded by tall trees. By using this apk from different positions around the yard, I was able to figure out how much sun will reach different spots throughout the year. It will assist me figure out the best angle for my sun shade too. FYI, if you have problem with accuracy, use the figure 8 way to re-calibrate the sensors on your smartphone. You can search details online or in your smartphone settings for how to do that.

  C Campbell: I use this for trying to park my vehicle in a spot that will be shady later when I leave. It works beautiful well if the GPS has caught up with my place. Frequently, the GPS is lagging and Sunshibe Compass the gives awful details. Best to wait a min and verify that your place is accurate. If at first you think it isn't doing anything, move your smartphone up as if you are trying to take a picture of the sun. You could see an arc showing the position of the sun throughout the day.
