About the application:

Super K versus. Cancer is an action mini game with a easy yet clever hero. It is particularly interesting for kids and young people who are facing cancer treatment. The character of the mini game, the Super K kid navigates within the human body battling viruses, bacteria and tumors until he completely gets rid of cancer. Since the character needs to take the medication (pills, injections and infusion) that come in the course of the mini game in order to gain lives and ammunition, the kid who is playing begins to learn the importance of taking regularly their own medicine and accepting the medical treatment to overcome the disease. The various phases of the mini game occur within various parts of the body (kidneys, brain, etc.) and brain cancer is the latest challenge. As they move from one phase to the next, the users keep the congratulations and general info about cancer (symptoms, treatments, etc.), so the player constantly gains knowledge about the trouble he or she is experiencing and increases the curiosity to learn more. Part of the game's sales is being reverted to institutions that treat or do research on children’s cancer.
